By visiting this website and/or purchasing something from my store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all site users, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

2. Custom Orders
All bowling pins are custom-made based on the details you provide. Please review your personalization details, spelling, colors, and design requests carefully before placing your order. I am not responsible for errors in personalization provided by the customer.

3. Payment
Payment must be received in full before production begins. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping
Processing time varies by order. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

5. Product Variations
For regulation wood and wood grain pins, small imperfections such as dents, ridges, or embedded fibers may occur during manufacturing. These are normal and not considered defects. Upcycled pins may also show signs of prior use.

6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final on custom orders except in cases of damage during shipping or an error on my part. Please review the full Return & Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of Rolling With DK and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of my products.

I reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
