Processing Time
All bowling pins are custom-made to order. Processing time is typically 3 - 7 days from the date of purchase. Larger or more detailed orders may require additional time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 5 business days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. If your package is lost in transit, I will assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

Multiple Items
Orders with multiple items may ship in separate boxes depending on size and weight.
