Because each bowling pin is custom-made to order, all sales are final. Please review all personalization details, color choices, and design requests carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to my error.

If your pin arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 business days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging so I can work with you on a replacement.
Imperfections

For regulation wood and wood grain finish pins: brand new bowling pins may have small imperfections such as dents, ridges, or embedded fibers. These are normal manufacturing characteristics and not considered defects.

Please note that I do not manufacture the pins — I design and customize them.
Refunds

Refunds are only issued if the item cannot be replaced and the issue is due to my error.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error.
